“Listing” or “Profile” means a business page displayed on Kiwi Verdict that includes business information, reviews, ratings, and related content.

“User” means any individual or entity who visits the website or writes reviews.
To manage a listing on Kiwi Verdict, you must create or claim a verified Business Account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Have authority to represent the business legally.
Keep account credentials secure and confidential.
Update your profile promptly if information changes.
We may require additional verification before activating or approving your business account.
If your business is already listed on Kiwi Verdict, you may claim ownership by completing our verification process. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation or decline claims that cannot be verified.
You can create a new listing if your business is not already on our platform.
All submitted details must be truthful and not misleading.
You are responsible for ensuring your business profile information (such as name, contact details, description, and images) is accurate, lawful, and up to date.
You may not:
Include false or deceptive information
Post copyrighted or trademarked content without permission
Upload offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material
Kiwi Verdict allows users to publish reviews and ratings of businesses.
We do not control or endorse user-generated content and cannot guarantee its accuracy.
You may respond publicly to reviews to clarify issues, thank customers, or resolve concerns. Responses must remain respectful and factual.
You agree not to:
Post or encourage fake, biased, or incentivized reviews
Solicit reviews that violate our guidelines
Attempt to manipulate or pressure users to alter their reviews
We reserve the right to remove reviews or responses that violate our Community Guidelines or applicable laws.
Kiwi Verdict may offer premium listings, promotional placements, or advertising packages to enhance your visibility.
When you purchase a paid service:
You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms displayed at the time of purchase.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Kiwi Verdict may suspend or terminate paid services for non-payment or misuse.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or traffic results from advertising services.
You may use Kiwi Verdict’s platform and content only for lawful business and informational purposes.
You must not:
Copy, scrape, or reproduce reviews, ratings, or other user data
Use Kiwi Verdict data for marketing without permission
Misuse the platform to defame competitors or manipulate public perception
All Kiwi Verdict content—including text, logos, layouts, graphics, and software—is owned or licensed by us.
You retain ownership of any original content you upload to your business profile but grant Kiwi Verdict a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of your profile.
We may suspend or terminate your business account or remove your listing if:
You violate these Terms, our community policies, or applicable laws
Your account contains false or misleading information
We receive credible complaints of abuse, fraud, or manipulation
We will generally attempt to notify you before termination unless immediate action is required.
Kiwi Verdict provides its platform “as is” and makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.
We are not responsible for any loss of revenue, reputation, or business resulting from reviews, ratings, or use of our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiwi Verdict’s liability to any business will not exceed the total amount paid for services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Kiwi Verdict, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
Your business content or actions on the platform
Violations of these Terms
Disputes with customers or other users
Any confidential information shared between Kiwi Verdict and your business (e.g., account data, analytics, payment details) must be kept strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties without consent.
Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the GDPR and CCPA where relevant.

We may update or modify these Business Terms from time to time.
Any significant changes will be communicated via email or on our website. Continued use of Kiwi Verdict after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action.
If unresolved, disputes will be handled exclusively by the competent courts in New Zealand.
